Refund / Replacement
Policy
People are unpredictable, so it’s great to
have a safety net...
Our 100 day refund/replacement policy provides you
with that peace of mind. Should either party decide
to terminate the employment contact within 28 days
of commencement then you will receive a 100% refund
or replacement, free of charge.
For a further 72 days you will be eligible for a refund
of 50% of the fee, providing the invoice has been paid
within our payment terms.
