refund / replacement
policy
people are unpredictable, so it’s great to
have a safety net...
our 100 day refund/replacement policy provides you
with that peace of mind. should either party decide
to terminate the employment contract within 28 days
of commencement then you will receive a 100% refund
or a replacement free of charge. for a further 72
days you will eligible for a refund of 50% of the
fee, providing the invoice has been paid within our
payment terms.
